U.S. Foodservice needed to revitalize their image and differentiate themselves from other foodservice distributors. We took their existing tagline (Your partner beyond the plate) and focused on the word “Beyond” to create an entire campaign that focused on their never-ending dedication. We utilized a simple, white plate graphic with the statement “BEYOND the plate means going” surrounding it. It’s a circular line that never ends. This graphic carries through each element and emphasizes the clients “BEYOND” mentality which is what separates their products and services from the competition and helps to explain their tagline. In order to address the clients request for a truly memorable corporate brochure, we utilized a die cut that ran through all the pages of the brochure and allowed the embossed plate on the last page to show through each spread. The plate then became a dynamic element on each spread.
