Avocados From Mexico wanted to send their Avo Insiders group a holiday gift to encourage them to use fresh avocados throughout their menus. Using custom developed recipes that feature avocados for every menu segment, we created this 80-page, hard cover book. The book was shipped in an impactful box that helped it to get noticed upon arrival. Custom messaging on the inside of the box lid explained the gift and encouraged partnership between the recipient's restaurant and Avocados From Mexico.
