2026 Food & Flavor Outlook

For the 2026 trend program, Griffith Foods requested that we continue to highlighting their internal culinary team, while differentiating the approach from last year. To achieve this, we introduced the “Double Take” theme featuring two chefs per trend. This format brought dual perspectives and insights, with each chef creating a distinct dish that reflected their different countries, backgrounds, and experiences. Each chef graphic paired two chefs with a branded color aura to emphasize their unique interpretations of the trend with a plate split in half to showcase each of their recipes. We also developed a more interactive landing page, enabling visitors to download information sheets while providing the client with tracking capabilities that were not possible in the eNewsletter format of previous years. Supporting assets included a launch video and individual trend videos that the client produced themselves based on written concepts and loose storyboards we provided. We also produced a customizable presentation deck, based on their existing corporate template with some slight modifications to make it feel part of this program. Throughout all the materials, the client also requested that we lean heavier into their existing branding than we have in previous years, focusing on their primary forest green color as much as possible. As a global initiative, all materials were translated into six languages (not shown), delivering a fully turnkey program for all regions.

Landing page  : :  a more interactive landing page was created that featured all trends on one page of the Griffith website. We were able to house the launch video, the individual trend videos as well as utilize a timeline-style slider to feature imagery and a brief description of each trend. Further down the page was a world map that has pins that open to show each chef, their country's flag and a brief paragraph about their background. The info sheets we produced were combined into a single brochure that could be downloaded from the site as well, allowing us to track interest in the program.

Info Sheets  : :  each trend had its own single page info sheet to add further detail and insight as well as input from each chef pair. Statistics and global information helped to shape these sheets into useful guides. They were also combined into a single pdf with a cover and intro spread so that all trends could be downloaded at one time through the landing page to simplify the process for users.
