2025 Food & Flavor Outlook

For 2025, Griffith Foods wanted to focus their annual trend program on their internal expertise. The theme we created was "Savor every story", which showed how each Griffith chef brings a unique perspective to their specific trend. To do this, we focused on 6 chefs from all over the world. Each shared their expertise and personal experiences in regard to a food trend that was personal to them. As in previous years, each trend has a representative icon, but for this theme to work, we first created a more detailed Chef Graphic that worked in conjunction with a simplified icon. Each chef graphic featured the chef and an item that helps explain their personal relationship to that trend, plus a dish they developed to illustrate the trend. We created the concept and outline for an introduction video. Each trend also has a simple landing page that leads to a unique digital flipbook that takes a deeper dive into each chef's background, inspiration, tips, stats and recipe idea. We also designed a powerpoint template that the sales force can use in the field to sell the program. Because this is a global program all elements were translated into 6 languages (not shown) to make a turnkey program for all regions.
